Important Dates for the 2026–27 Season

Here are the key dates for the 2026–27 season. Every date is also on our Schedule calendar.

Studio closed

• Thanksgiving: November 23–27, 2026. Classes resume Monday, November 30.
• Christmas and New Year: December 21, 2026 – January 3, 2027. Classes resume Monday, January 4.
• Mardi Gras: February 8–12, 2027. Classes resume Monday, February 15.
• Easter: March 26 – April 4, 2027. Classes resume Monday, April 5.

At the studio

• Pink Week: October 19–24
• Costume Week: October 26–31
• Picture Week: March 22–25, 2027, during classes. There is no make-up picture day.
• Summer classes start Tuesday, June 8, 2027.

Performances

• Company Showcase: Sunday, November 8 at 7 pm at Dunham
• Dress rehearsal: May 27–28, 2027 at the Dunham Theater
• Recital: May 28–29, 2027 at the Dunham Theater

Recital dates are tentative until the studio confirms them.

Conventions

• Press Play, New Orleans: November 13–15
• Radix, Mobile: November 20–22
• LADM, Baton Rouge (Doodlebugs and Tiny Tots only): March 5–7
• Ryze, Houston: March 12–14
• 24/7, New Orleans: April 2–4
• Press Play Nationals, Orlando: July 12–18

Convention attendance is open to all students. Ms. Tari chooses all competition and Company members during the summer session.
